# Advanced properties

The plugin allows you to define additional option values for each property, offering enhanced flexibility and precision for more detailed property settings.

The plugin allows assigning a CMS page, text or link to the property option and property value as a description.<br>

The description is displayed as follows:

* **Modal window** - On click in case of text and CMS page options
* **Tooltip** - On hover in case of the text option
* **URL in a new window** - On click in case of the link option
